Overview
TASCAM’s US-4x4 combines great audio quality and ergonomic design for a powerful 4-in/4-out USB 2 audio interface. Four of TASCAM’s Ultra-HDDA mic/line preamps provide up to 57dB of gain with nearly inaudible noise and distortion specs. The audio design features high-performance, musical components like NE5532 op amps for rich sound quality without coloring the source.

The main target customers for the US-4x4 is those, interested in music production, and especially beginners. Development was undertaken to deliver devices that are easy to use and understand, enabling users to simply connect them and immediately enjoy high-sound quality recording. For mic preamps – a key determinant of sound quality – Ultra-HDDA mic preamps that achieve a stunning EIN rating of –125dBu have been installed. This was a result of careful consideration of user-friendliness when connecting the device with a condenser mic, as well as for dynamic microphones. As a result, the devices can be used in a wide range of applications – from vocal recording to stereo recording of piano and acoustic guitar.

Driver and software with easy to use simple settings
Driver software installation is something that every user has to contend with when they start using a USB audio interface for the first time. Compatibility with most major DAW software has already been confirmed, granting users the option of using the device in combination with DAW system of their choice. In addition, the US-4x4 supports recording using iPad or other iOS devices that have been popular within recent years. Using an Apple-manufactured lightning-USB camera adapter will allow usage of the US-4x4 as an audio interface for iPads.

A USB 2.0 connection is used for connection to computers so that beginners to DAW recording can use the US-4x4 with ease. The 96kHz format being supported means that users will be able to use the US-4x4 without needing high-spec devices. The US-4x4, alternatively, supports multi-mic recording with its four mic preamps. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
