Overview

The HK Audio LINEAR 5 MK II 308 LTA is a compact, horn-loaded active mid/high unit designed for efficient, scalable, and economical long-throw sound reinforcement. Ideal for large venues, expansive rooms, and open-air events, it bridges the gap between traditional point source PAs and line arrays. Equipped with a 1-inch high-frequency driver featuring a Multicell Transformer (MCT), it ensures exceptional sound coverage without treble drop-off. Three vertically arranged, horn-loaded 8-inch woofers deliver crisp and rich bass and midrange frequencies.

With the ability to project balanced and powerful sound up to 40 meters, the 308 LTA can effectively cover audiences of up to 3,000 people without the need for delay lines. Its flexible design allows for various configurations, including clustering and headstacking, with presets available directly on the speaker for precise tuning. PowerCon connectors with PowerCon Link simplify wiring, enhancing setup efficiency.
