The Remo Clear Pinstripe is a professional-grade bass drumhead specifically engineered to deliver a powerful, "wet" attack with a deep low-end fundamental and enhanced durability. This head features two plies of 7-mil Mylar film that are bonded at the collar. Between the two plies, an overtone-reducing agent is applied to the pinstripe area, which effectively filters out harsh high-frequency overtones while focusing the drum's natural midrange. The clear finish provides a sharp, articulate strike, making it one of the most popular choices for drummers who want a kick drum that cuts through loud stage volumes.
